We want to thank all of our families who were able to attend and experience what park day is all about. Our kiddos enjoyed playing on musical squares, touching the braille wall, and most importantly the water feature was a big hit. Parents assisted their children in making slime which required them to use their fine and gross motor skills to pour and mix all of the ingredients. Parents also had the opportunity to network among themselves. Many exchanged phone numbers so they can keep in touch. It was amazing to see how parents created social connections quickly that can lead up to concrete support in times of need. Overall, Park Day was such a success once again!
