The next Wellness Support Group is almost here again. This time it will be held here at BSS, in the Pancake Room. The topic for the November Wellness Support Group is how to start exercising!

- What types of exercise to try for your goals
- How to plan your work out week to get the best results
- What to include in your exercise sessions.
- How to prevent injuries.
